Haneen Wakeem is a highly seasoned consultant with over 25 years of experience. She has expertise in building broad-based compensation programs, sales compensation analysis, design and implementation as well as executive compensation planning. She has worked in support of or as the compensation leader for multiple, multi-national companies, spanning numerous industries. From assisting organizations in defining their compensation philosophy to building robust compensation programs, Hanan can translate company vision into actionable, achievable steps for organizations.  Hanan holds a Bachelor's degree from University of Illinois in Business Administration and a Master's degree from Regis University in Management. Additionally, Hanan earned the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation from World at Work.

Recertification Credit: This program has been submitted for 1 hour of both HRCI and SHRM Certification credits.
