Session 3:   On Becoming More Diverse
Do you struggle with bringing more diversity into your company?
To build a diverse workforce, you need fluid programs that work together to establish diversity where you're seen as diverse, you attract and build a diverse team, and then you manage it so that it's inclusive and celebrated. Too many companies only incorporate one of these elements, and then they're surprised by a lack of good candidates, turnover, or poor performance.
Learning Objectives:
• Understand the only audacious and simple idea you need to do to bring more diversity into your organization
• Work through a plan around the four strategic steps that need to be taken to manage a diverse workforce
• Learn the three simple changes that you can make immediately to increase your pool of diverse candidates
