In March 2020, Colorado implemented new game-changing regulations impacting minimum wage, overtime and working conditions. Under the new Colorado Overtime & Minimum Pay Standards (“COMPS”) Order, formerly known as the Colorado Minimum Wage Order, ALL Colorado employers will need to review their current policies and practices to ensure compliance by the effective date. ABOUT THE SPEAKERS:

Scott Pechaitis is an employment attorney in the Denver, Colorado office of Jackson Lewis P.C.  As a senior attorney in Jackson Lewis’ Pay Equity Resource Group, Scott works closely with the firm’s in house statisticians, computer programmers and data analysts to investigate and defend employers in EEOC investigations, OFCCP audits and Equal Pay claims.  


Jeffrey H. McClelland is an Associate in the Denver, Colorado, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling.
