2019 was a landmark year for employment law developments in Colorado, including new “ban the box” legislation, potential criminal penalties associated with an employer’s failure to pay wages, new interpretations of vacation pay forfeiture policies, and the passage the most aggressive equal pay law in the country.  In this important session, employment attorneys from Jackson Lewis will provide practical steps and best practices to help you stay in compliance and avoid legal risks given the ever-changing climate in employment law.

  • Practical application of recently passed employment law legislation
