Refund & Cancellation Policy
We are committed to making sure our members are satisfied with their participation in the association.
Event Cancellation – Those who wish to cancel an event registration can do so up to midnight the Sunday prior to the start of the event for a full refund. To cancel an event registration, one must submit an Event Cancellation Form through the BAHRA website. No refund will be issued for cancellations received after midnight the Sunday before the event; however, event registrations are transferable to another attendee if the registrant cannot attend and the cancellation deadline has expired.
Membership Refund – If an application for membership has been denied and any charges have been incurred concerning membership, those charges will be refunded. Once membership has been approved, any membership dues collected are non-refundable.
