Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy, the following notice explains the information we collect, how it is used, how it is safeguarded, and how to contact us if you have any concerns.

What Information Is Collected:

As part of the order process, the following information is collected from members and event registrants:

Company; Name; Shipping/Billing Address; Email Address; Phone Number; Debit/Credit Card Information, if paying by Debit/Credit Card

How That Information Is Used:

Information we collect is used to complete event registrations and association membership and to contact registrants and/or association members with event and membership information,  answer any questions, or communicate special offers.

On occasion, member’s names and contact information may be shared with SHRM, COSHRM or other SHRM affiliated professional associations.

We do not sell or share membership information to third parties for their commercial purposes.

Our Commitment To The Security of Your Data:

The Boulder Area Human Resource Association will NEVER sell, loan, rent, trade, or give away your name, email, address or any other event registrant or member information to any third party without your permission for any purpose other than fulfilling and delivering our services.

-Student membership in BAHRA is free,

-The student chapter enjoys the resources of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), including a discount on membership dues. SHRM membership offers students the opportunity to supplement their classroom education with real world knowledge and hands-on experience.  SHRM sponsors Student Conferences and the HR Student Games.
