    Join us for “Problem-Solving Tools that get to the Heart of the Matter” with Linda Rad, SPHR, MSM, Human Resources Manager, City of Boulder. Linda will share the principles and applications of Interest Based Conflict.
    This is an opportunity to come update your tool kit. Interest based conflict resolution is an important capability for every professional—at work or in transition!

    Linda Rad joined the City of Boulder in 2006 as a Human Resources Manager, working with city departments on employee relations, leadership and organizational development and conflict resolution. Linda’s background includes leadership roles at Colorado State University, the City of Loveland, State of Colorado and the State of Nebraska.  Linda's education includes a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management, Master of Science in Organizational Leadership, multiple certifications including SPHR and CM, mediation and leadership development and coaching tools.  She has served in leadership roles, most recently as past-president of BAHRA, Co-Chair for Leadership Loveland and on the board of the Colorado Public Human Resource Association.  
    Linda has a passion for utilizing practical methods for resolving conflict and is excited to share the principles and applications of Interest Based Conflict Resolution.

    The Intermission Café, 4001 Discovery Drive, Boulder
    The corner of Foothills Blvd and Colorado Ave in the Colorado Research Park, enter the parking lot from Discovery Drive, enter the building and look for the glass enclosed patio, the café is next to the patio.

     

    Who:
    BAHRA members. You need not register for these meetings.
    Guests welcome, please contact the group coordinator directly for more information. The meetings are free. Beverages and breakfast are available to purchase in the café.
