Description of the Presentation:
What if your organization could respond more effectively to challenges, setbacks, and difficulties? The quality of our personal response to adversity is a predictor of a host of other factors, including productivity, health, innovation, energy and job satisfaction. Leaders’ ability to respond effectively to whatever comes their way inspires new levels of agility and performance from their staff. This keynote presentation draws from leading science on Adversity Quotient®, and resilience. It introduces practical, new methods for transforming your current workforce into one that cannot only withstand any setback or challenge but also bounce back and benefit from such situations.
About the Presenter:
Sue Brundege is an Organizational Learning Facilitator at Integrated Work, providing facilitation and coaching to clients in the areas of leadership, communication, peer learning, and team-building. As a certified coach, Sue provided organizational development consulting for a major healthcare system, including leadership coaching and communication skills training. She has owned her own company, coaching and mentoring entrepreneurs as they grow their businesses. Prior to that, Sue worked for a global engineering and technical services firm in communication and sales training, proposal writing, and Web content management. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Communication with an emphasis in organizational management.

Location: A Spice of Life Event Center, 5706 Arapahoe, at the Flatirons Golf Course
Price (including Meal): $15.00 per person.
You may pay a credit card online or a check payable to BAHRA. Those with BAHRA meeting punch cards may use your punch card as payment.
